Advertised prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where products are sold within Australia.

We offer a number of payment options including Credit Card, PayPal, PayPal Pay in 4 (for eligible PayPal users) and Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT)/Bank Transfers. We are also able to offer AfterPay to eligible customers. For AfterPay, please choose 'Payment in advance' during checkout and note 'AfterPay' in the order comments section. We will then contact you to provide details and arrange payment. Due to the nature of some products we sell, we are unable to offer AfterPay at checkout. Choose the payment option that suits you best.




Shipping

We are an Australian owned and operated company, that places great value on a transparent sales process that includes prompt despatch of orders. The products marked as 'Ready for dispatch' are available from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia and are despatched either the same or next business day. Domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post, Parcel Post, Express Post or TNT. Depending on the delivery address and service, delivery times can vary from 1 to 10 business days. Shipping for orders above of $299.99AUD is complimentary with the exception of bulky or overweight items which attract a charge as shown during checkout. An option for Signature On Delivery exists during checkout for orders eligible for free shipping. Orders under $300 are charged a flat $11.00AUD for Parcel Post, $13.20AUD for Parcel Post where a signature is requested, $14.30AUD for Express Post and $16.50AUD for Express Post where a signature is requested. Where a signature is not requested, TacStore accepts no responsibility for delivery.
 
International (New Zealand) orders are GST free and ship via EMS Express for a flat fee of $30.00AUD. A signature is required for EMS shipments.

As displayed in our shop, our range is particularly wide and diverse. Our store offers more than 3000 items from stock, ready for despatch. We continuously add to our range of over 30,000 products which may be exotic, difficult to obtain or limited items that we have easy access to. Items not stocked but available on order have a lead time, as marked, which vary anywhere from 5 to 21 days until we despatch to you. Availability and advertised lead times are generaly accurate. If you are looking for a particular item but don't see it in our range, please feel free to contact us as we may very well have access to it.

You can check the current status of your order at any time online in your customer account. You can expect an automatic notification/confirmation when we receive your order followed by a manual confirmation at the earliest opportunity during business hours. Our manual confimation will also confirm the payment status and an indication of when we expect to despatch your order. During despatch you will receive a tracking number when one has been allocated to your order including a link to AusPost tracking. Finally, you will receive a follow-up despatch notification at the earliest opportunity during business hours after the shipment has been physically handed over to the carrier.

We ship daily on business days, with same day despatch of in-stock products where an order and payment is received by 12.00pm AWST. Orders may be collected from our warehouse.
